Deputy Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner - IT (8-12 yrs)
DM/Manager - HRBP - IT
We are currently looking for a person in HR-BP with at least 8 yrs of post qualification work experience. Candidates with Masters in Human resource from Tier 2 or Tier 3 institutes with regular 2-year programme are eligible for this position. Candidates with experience in handling minimum 1500+ headcount with team management will be preferred for this role.

1. Onboarding :
a. Ensure smooth onboarding and Induction of all new joiners, implementation of Buddy system.
2. Employee Engagement :
a. Implementing initiatives for strengthening employee bonding and increasing employee engagement by institutionalizing the 6 tracks of employee engagement.
3. Employee Communication :
a. Driving initiatives like Let's Talk, Speak up and organizing open houses and skip level meetings.
b. Employees issue management and resolution.
4. Reward and recognition :
a. Taking nominations for Incredibles and felicitating them by organizing the monthly awards.
5. Confirmation :
a. Confirming the new joiners on the completion of their probation period.
b. Initiating the PIP process for employees incases of non-performance.
6. Exit Management :
a. Driving the exit process and taking exit interviews.
7. Internal Audit :
a. Lead and execute internal audit
8. Organisation Culture :
a. Create and drive Organizational culture
b. Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR)
c. Drive the great workplace initiatives
d. Code of conduct and workplace violation investigation and action
9. Custodian of HR compliances.
10. Scope of management responsibility (number of employees or organizational areas) :6-7
