A manufacturing concern based out of Bawal Haryana with 4000+ employees is looking for: Position - Deputy Manager/ Manager - Financial Analyst Job Location - Bawal, Haryana Experience of FMCG/ FMCD is a must POSITION SUMMARY :&nbsp; - The position is responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis of the unit / function / region on periodical basis. Investigate, review, analyse and publish the standard and adhoc reports, including profit and loss accounts, dash boards and review decks, as required by business, on the financial performance periodically on weekly / monthly basis, along with the details of reasons for the key variances to forecast and plans, trends, observations and suggestions, as applicable. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial Planning and MIS: - Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company's goals and financial standing - Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance - Assemble and summarise data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks - Develop financial models, conduct bench-marking and process analysis - Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models - Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis - Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts - Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data - Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field - Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope - Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Capex and Opex budgets /forecast, monitoring actual performance with budgets and variance analyses. - Support the Fund flow plan for year/ quarter/ Month Internal Controls :&nbsp; - Ensure compliance to finance policies. - Ensure compliance Internal Financial Control program of the company. - Review of finance process to optimize efficiency and comply to internal control frame work - Monitor compliance with and assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures. - Ensure timely closure of all open issues / observation of Internal audit &amp; RCM audit LEVEL OF SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :&nbsp; Formal Qualification: - Chartered Accountant from ICAI - Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle - IT MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel) Professional Experience:&nbsp; - At least 4~6 years relevant post qualification work experience in finance analyst role in manufacturing company preferably in the automotive sector including exposure to ERP based processes KEY COMPETENCIES ;&nbsp; Behavioral :&nbsp; - Strong in Ethics - Time Management Skills - Negotiation &amp; Conflict Management Skills - Excellent Communication Skills - Team Working &amp; Interpersonal Skills - Decision Making - Analytical Skills Functional :&nbsp; &nbsp; - Good Knowledge of computer applications, accounts function &amp; statutory compliance - Experience of working in a SAP Environment - Good all round understanding of accountancy and audit practices - Knowledge of analytical techniques of financial analysis - Working capital management
