Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance Controllership - ARC

Looking to hire for an Well Known ARC:

Role Summary:

The role will require experience in Financial controllership. The individual would be responsible for

- Monthly / Quarterly / Annual financial reporting and related compliances

- Consolidation of financial statement (Indian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP)

- Knowledge of IFRS / USGAAP, Direct & Indirect Taxes

- Closure of Annual Audit of financial statements including liaison with auditors for entity and SPVs

- Manage Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, compliance, banking and treasury operations.

- Internal MIS reporting and relationship management with key business partners

- Investor and Regulatory reporting and compliance
