Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Industry (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts for a leading Listed Company in manufacturing industry, Mumbai.
Job role:
1) Strong Business partnership skills, commercial awareness, business acumen.
2) Sound P&L understanding & knowledge of accounting/finance/operational principles.
3) Review and escalation of exceptional expense items.
4) Co-ordination for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
5) Active Participation in Budgeting Exercise.
6) Conversant with GST laws
7) Monitoring vendor management
8) Coordination with internal & Statutory Auditors.
- Providing Schedules to the Auditors as per statutory requirements
- Conversant with Companies Act and IND AS.
- Resolving Auditors query within time line by coordinating with Branches.
9) Preparation of Monthly MIS for management
- Preparation of Cash Flow & Working Capital for the division
- Variance analysis of Budgeted Figures & Actual figures with remarks
10) IT Digitisation / Automation:
- Provide inputs on area of automation and prepare BRD in consultation with manager
- Participate in discussion on automation process with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct UAT testing for various automated process or solution
11) Process Improvements:
- Ensure adherence to SOP at all times.
- Upgrade knowledge on various processes at regular intervals so has to have a clear understanding of the process thereby being effective and efficient while performing various tasks at hand
