- ER Manager who designs, plans, and implements a company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
- Identifies, analyzes and investigates issues with employee relations infractions & provides recommendations for resolutions
- Responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving issues and workplace conflicts
- Typically requires 5 years of experience as an Employee Relations Manager and open to work as an individual contributor
- Should have a sound knowledge of employment laws and industry best practices
- Candidates with strong analytical skills to assess workplace situations, evaluate information and draw accurate observations will thrive in this role!
