They have a strong and proud lineage that traces back to a large Indian Bank along with a Joint Venture with one of the world's leading fund management companies.  Role:  - Data Analyst works with the research team.  - Consolidation of data from multiple internal and external sources. Architecting new methods for fast and accurate consolidation  - Creating appropriate and attractive visualizations of data. Creation of reports for presenting insights from financial estimates  - Preparing and updating powerpoint presentations  - Serving bespoke data requirements by extracting and processing data from Bloomberg, Factset, Capitaline etc  - Auditing the accuracy of external data sources like Bloomberg.  - Auditing internal financial models for accuracy and latency of data  - Enhancing, managing and testing internal Knowledge Management System with the help of internal IT resources  Skill Set for Data Analyst  - Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Table, Data Tables, Macros & VBA, INDEX, MATCH etc.  - Proficiency in extracting data from Bloomberg, Factset, Capitoline.  - At least 2 years- experience of working as a data analyst in a KPO/Indian captive of a global broking house or global AMC/Indian broking house  - Good understanding of Powerpoint, Word. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau would be desirable though not essential.  - Experience of programming in VBA/Python/SQL/MS Access would be desirable though not essential.  - We are open to graduates from any discipline. We would prefer CA/CFA/Engineers/Maths graduates  Experience  - Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like R/SPSS will be desirable.  - Essential: Visual Basic, MS Access  - Desirable: Python/SQL/Java
