Deputy Manager/Manager - Corporate Venture Capital - CA/ICWA

Key Responsibilities:

- Market scanning and research to identify and build a pipeline of opportunities that align with investment thesis.

- Conduct preliminary analysis to arrive at a go/no-go decision,perform thorough due diligence (directly or through advisors) on shortlisted investment opportunities.Leverage multiple valuation approaches and triangulate onto the value of the asset.

- Prepare and present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee on regular basis.

- Effectively negotiate term sheets, SHAs and close transactions by coordinating with legal, financial and other teams/advisors.

- Build and maintain relations with start-up founders and management teams

- Develop and execute strategies for maximising ROI and architect exits when appropriate. Conduct periodic reviews and reporting of investee companies' performance, KPIs etc

- From time to time, if needed, extend support of similar nature towards other transactions (partnerships, acquisitions etc.) for the Group Promoter family, Board of Directors, Key management personnel / CXOs and the finance/legal teams of all group businesses
