In this role, you will be responsible for driving and achieving overall business growth and profitability. The role involves strategic planning, driving special projects, transaction support, and market/industry analysis. - Provide all transaction support on M&A projects - Industry analysis, operating model, financial statements. - Drive projects on growth, the revenue of the organization and identifying organic growth opportunities - Effective stakeholder management and updated the leadership on potential risks - Conduct industry benchmarking analysis as and when required. - Actively track the progress of projects and investments. Skills and experience: - An MBA (Finance) with 3-4 years of experience in Consulting, PE or Investment Banking and/or in a Corporate Strategy role. - Strong transaction experience and of conceptualizing and implementing projects/business initiatives - Ability to present to Senior Stakeholders at the senior level. - Project management and analytical skills & experience.
