This role will be responsible for building awareness and managing the reputation of the company and its products through earned media. - Build the Public Relations and Communications strategy. You will contribute towards building the PR strategy, working with all stakeholders and shaping the brand communication in earned media in line with the overall brand strategy - Create an annual PR plan to manage PR executing, including market positioning of key spokespeople, new product launches, marketing campaigns, sponsorship and high end media interviews, key materials building and managing supervision, storytelling in order to promote the company stories to the media groups; - Identify media opportunities. Field media questions and interview requests, pitch stories to the media, prepare media kits, write press releases, organize press conferences and product launches - Build relationships with relevant media, journalists, influencers, bloggers and create new editorial opportunities for brand awareness. You will be the contact for the company with media and influencer enquiries - Manage the positioning and PR opportunities for key spokespeople including MD &amp; CEO, COO, CHRO, CMO and any other spokesperson the company so decides - Manage the PR agency and become the main contact point for all PR activity. - Create indicators to assess progress and communicate PR results monthly - Content creation - write press releases, articles, internal communications, interview responses etc - Evaluate opportunities for partnerships &amp; sponsorships on an ongoing basis. - Run the Awards programme for the brand - Create and manage the Annual Report - Be responsible for Corporate Presentations
