Deputy Manager/Manager - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design compensation structures, allowances, salary ranges and incentive programs across Organization.
- Plan and lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing C&B programs across the organization.
- Develop, analyze and report metrics related to C&B programs and processes.
- Create and implement a Total Rewards Framework.
- Work in close collaboration with business leadership and human resources partners to influence, develop and implement appropriate total rewards initiatives to ensure a competitive market position.
- Perform analytics on internal and external equity, benefits & incentive effectiveness, increment impact, etc.
- Perform Job Benchmarking Study across Organization.
- Drive Compensation Surveys and Internal & External Benchmarking Studies.
- Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
- Develop targeted education programs, and preparation / distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of compensation & benefits offerings.
- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
- Provide Functional Expertise and support to Talent Acquisition Team.
- Manage escalations related to Compensation and benefits Issues.
- Ensure Compensation & Benefits Policies are in compliance with current legislation. Advice and implement processes related to ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, NPS etc. and hand over the implemented system to Operations team.
- Drive digital transformation of C&B processes.
- Development of a long term compensation and benefits strategy to retain and attract employees.
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices. Drive innovation based on the same.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute preferred
- Good numerical, analytical & problem solving skills.
- Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation and change/transition scenarios.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience
