Deputy Manager & Manager - Secretarial(Company Secretary)

- Should have experience in listed manufacturing entity , having holding, subsidiary and group companies in India and abroad with revenue of above - 5,000 crore,

- Holding of board meetings/ committee meetings / AGM and follow-up of the post meeting decisions and taking care of the compliances thereof.

- Merger, Amalgamations, Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Divestment, Joint Ventures in India and abroad.

- Compliances under Companies Act, FEMA and other Corporate Laws, Liaising with Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, and other Government agencies.

- Handling and management of ESOPs, Handling and management of investors' grievances

- Compliances under Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations

- Payment of Dividend

- Management of Statutory Compliances as applicable to the Company.
