Deputy Manager/Manager/AVP - Credit Policy/Risk (3-10 yrs)

1 Credit Policy -

- Formulation, implementation and monitoring of policy and underwriting strategy

- Analysing consolidated branch, district and division portfolio reports and recommendations on changes in policy or underwriting strategy

- Underwriting of policy related deviations for the product and proposing policy renewals on timely basis

- Maintaining and tracking actionable of Policy Meetings

2. Credit Process - Interacting with cross functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platforms

- Maintaining decisioning TATs at all levels

- Ensure PDD and OTC Compliance

3. Risk Analytics & Benchmarking - Establishing a robust Credit Analytic Framework to identify early warning signals, credit risk process inputs and customer/profile segment-wise, demographic or geographic risk factors

- Apply innovative analytical techniques to customer, bureau/vendor data and transaction data to build risk mitigation strategies and processes

- Analysing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market

- To formulate risk analytical hypothesis, perform ad-hoc analysis to support it, communicate results clearly, and understand cause & effect relationships

- To establish proper risk management standards for the portfolio and facilitating business team in identifying early warning signals

4. Reports - Summarize analytic reports into presentations

5. Hindsighting - Manage entire Loan Review Process and perform hindsighting of disbursals done to identify any specific inherent risk or department or resource weakness
