JOB TITLE : Deputy Manager / Manager - Analytics

GRADE : DM / Manager

LOCATION : Corporate Office (Mumbai)

JOB SUMMARY : The person will be responsible for :

Analytics

- Work towards executing the Analytics plan for the Organisation

- Explore various Data Sources in the Organisation and build a process for regular Data Extraction with the help of IT

- Extract insightful information from the available Data

- Work on implementation of the Analytics and BI Strategy of the Organisation

- Build frameworks to evaluate the success of initiatives launched and also provide insights for course correction

- Evaluate various Analytics Tools/Technology Platforms and suggest the best suite

- Learn multiple Analytical Tools and gain expertise in the practical usage of the same in solving Organisational Problem Statements

- Explore various Statistical Techniques and their Business applications

- Model Development, building and deploying Scorecards

- Supporting Company's Strategy basis the Vision and Objectives of the Organization

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - Developing Analytical frameworks and solutions for various Functions in the Organisation by understanding their line of Business

- Strategic documentation, tracking and implementation

- Bringing due Analytical insights based on Data for Business improvement

WORK EXPERIENCE - 2-4 Years prior Experience desirable

QUALIFICATIONS - MBA from a top tier B-School or B.Tech./M.Tech. from top tier Institute (e.g. IITs)

COMPETENCIES - Strong Analytical and real-life Problem Solving skills

- Thorough knowledge of Mathematics/Statistics

- Good Data Management skills

- Comfortable on working with Analytical Tools

- Ability to conceptualise BI and Analysis framework and execute the same

- Strong Project Management skills

- Strong Presentation and Documentation skills

- Ability to coordinate with seniors and work under pressure
