Deputy Manager - Management Accounts - Manufacturing Firm (2-5 yrs)
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Effective control on fixed assets monitoring and physical identity assets for SGL as a whole
2. Support MIS data requirements Monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting
3. Auto vertical product costing and FB customer profitability
4. Cost audit report
5. Evaluation of SREP Proposal & controlling of Fixed Cost Spending Budget
KEY DELIVERABLES :
1. MIS - (Monthly)
Flash - sales flash report on Ist working day of every month (previous month performance budget vs. actual)
RM Variance - Grade/Division wise variance budget vs.actual
Inventory valuation - Valuation of RM/WIP/FG inventory and movement and circulation to team
MC meet - Collection of estimate of volume and value for next month
Fixed cost control - Maintenance, SREP general, Tooling cost control through ERP
SREP - SREP evaluation and control and automation of SREP tooling
Fixed Asset - Fixed asset addition and deletion monitoring and monthly depreciation and CWIP control
Insurance coverage - proper coverage of company property under insurance and monthly insurance particulars submission and claim process handling if any.
2. MIS - Quarterly
MCB data - Supporting role for estimation on fixed cost estimates and spending and capex estimates
3. MIS - Annual
Budget - Division wise manufacturing cost consolidation and analysis, Fixed assets data, validation of budget inputs
Annual inventory control - Annual physical inventory monitoring and compilation
FA verification & Tagging - Tagging of fixed assets with physical identification in books Customer profitability .
Statistical Returns - Annual statistical return filing
4. Audit
Statutory -Handling Statutory audit responses quarterly and annually
Cost audit report - CCM cost finalization and obtaining of CA certificate as per cost audit rules
Cost audit data compilation
Tax audit particulars
5. Board meeting data - Reporting of Capex - 50 L, trading material movement, Qtly FA addition and other board particualrs
6. Project evaluation - Evaluation of proposals - 10 L
