Deputy Manager - Management Accounts

Qualification :

CA/CMA/ICWA

Experience : min 4 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A.

- Experience into cost analysis, revenue analysis, forecasting, budgeting and managing profitability statements.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of SAP & forecasting tools like BPC/ Axiom/ Hyperion etc-

JD :

- Assist in Month end reporting. Reporting includes Actual performance for the month and other management reports. Includes posting adjustment journals.

- General ledger analysis, Balance sheet analysis and variance explanation, Payroll Analysis, Client wise P&Ls, Working Capital analysis, etc.

- Expense & Revenue analysis.

- Liaise with on-shore stakeholders to obtain relevant details for reporting. Will have stakeholder relationship management responsibilities

- Preparation/designing/modification/Consolidation of MI/Reporting

- Balance sheet & General ledger analysis and reporting deviations/variances

- Maintenance & review of books of accounts

- Lead in calls with the onshore stakeholders

- Analysis and improvement in process

- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines

- Be proactive in the provision of feedback and the delivery of ideas to develop and improve solutions

- Manage and train team members

- Supporting on any ad-hoc requests

Key Result Areas

Essential:

- Excellent oral and written communication

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text manipulation, data validation, etc.), Word, Power Point and Outlook

- Accuracy in interpretation and analysis of data

- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting, reporting and other deliverables

- Identify and implement improvements within internal processes

Desirable:

- Experience of working for/ with project or professional services based organizations

- SAP S/4 HANA, BPC experience

- Axiom experience
