Deputy Manager - Legal 1. Drafting, vetting and negotiations of LOI, MOU and agreements relating to Music acquisition, production and licensing. 2. Drafting letters, representations and replies. 3. Working closely with the business teams, understanding their requirement and advising on the same. 4. Guide the business teams regarding applicable laws, regulations, restrictions, compliances etc to enable them to carry out the business in compliance with law. 5. Should be well versed with copyright law and trademark law. 6. Should have excellent drafting skills. 7. Should be Graduate in any discipline plus an LLB.
