Deputy Manager - Legal - Manufacturing - CS & LLB

Qualification : CS & LLB (both degrees Mandatory)

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Handle Legal and Secretarial Matters.

- Handle all Periodical Regulatory filings with ROC and other Govt. Authorities.

- Ensure all Statutory Compliances, Secretarial Audits, Disclosure of Annual reports etc.

- Provide general legal advisory to all employees of the organization and keep all informed of existing, new or proposed legislation, directives, etc.

- Coordinate with Attorneys for all Legal cases of the Company.

- Negotiate, draft and settle all major contracts and commercial arrangements to safeguard Company's interest.

- Closely work with the Head-Legal to supervise and lead the governance function.

- Co-ordinate meetings of Shareholders, Board of Directors and other Executive Committees.

- Prepare and maintain agenda and minutes of meetings of Shareholders and Board of Directors

- Support in Compliance in respect of applicability of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) provisions including determination of budget of such expenditure and allocating the same amongst various.

Skills & Competencies :

- 6-10 years of experience in Legal & Secretarial function in MNCs or large Indian Manufacturing Organizations

- Result orientation with focus on customer service

- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi

- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication, networking and persuasive skills

- Good team member, receptive and approachable

- Highly adaptable, resourceful and can think out-of-the-box

- Able to handle complex situations and different stakeholders
