Responsibilities:
Talent Development
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI and report on them.
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Performance Management
- Develop efficient systems for collection information on performance
- Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data
- Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions
- Design and review policies related to employee performance
- Lead, develop and inspires teams
- Provide training and development to managers & leaders on best practices
- Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
- Setting performance objectives and updating as necessary
Employee Engagement
- Overseeing onboarding for new hires and give each new employee an excellent onboarding experience
- Collaborate across departments and teams to help develop and ensure the success of all People initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationships across the organization by contributing to the onboarding process
- Improve the organization's overall efficiency by researching and assisting in the implementation of various HR systems and processes
- Provide consistent support to our colleagues, answering employee and manager questions about people initiatives, policies, benefits, and any other people-related items
- Develop company engagement by coordinating team building events, off-sites, and All Hands
Requirement:
- MBA.
- Good Command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong Presentation & Analytical skills (command over Excel and Power Point).
- Strong experience of implementing and handling Competency framework & training function.
- Certification in Group Facilitations, TTT, Psychometric Assessment tools will be desirable.
- Good exposure in handling Employee Engagement initiatives, Anchoring & facilitation of events.
- Ability to work independently and should have high process orientation.
