Requirements: - A Graduate/Post graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience in in Learning & Development (L&D) as Instructional Design professional building content for classroom and e-learning platforms. - Expertise in tools like Articulate storyline, Adobe captivates, Lectora etc. - Trained in Instructional Design, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, e-learning, mobile app. - Extensive experience in E-Learning Development, Learning Management System (LMS), and in developing content based on instructional design and adult learning principles. - Knowledge of the banking/ insurance sector is desirable. - Excellent verbal communication, time management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
