Location - Hyderabad - Interaction with Business Leaders globally to determine training needs - Training Needs Analysis specifically for U&G and as required for programs in other BUs - Preparation of training plan /calendars - Co-ordination with global leaders/ vendors/ consultants - Trainer / faculty evaluations - Design of training programs to meet objectives - Facilitation of programs as and where required. - Promotion of Digital Learning - Training Impact Assessment/ Evaluation - MIS reporting monthly/quarterly - Coordination with Internal Stakeholders for all L&D related activities (e.g. coordination with procurement/finance/quality team for audits/communication teams etc.) - Monitor Budget and execute the plan - MBA in HR or MA Psychology
