Job Title: DM - Invoicing & Accounts Receivables

Location: Vadodara

Qualification:

B. Com with CA Inter/or ICWA qualified with 5 years + experience

Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivables - Customer Invoicing, cash applications, Debtors Management , Overdue analysis & Management reporting.

- Timely invoicing to Customers and ensure all Customer queries and escalations are handled effectively within the agreed TAT.

- Handle & ensure all compliance matters related to Outbound sales like E - invoicing, E way bills creation, GST etc

- Handle all Inter company reconciliations related to UK & Indian entities & balance confirmations.

- Price Management of parts and work with different process partners like SCM to ensure seamless invoicing & dispatches in timely manner.

- Follow up, co ordinate & ensure timely collection of all AR invoices and ensure cash application in books with proper reconciliations in books.

- Support Finance Controller on all Internal Control, Audits and Corporate Governances matters.
