Deputy Manager - Internal Audit & Assurance - CA - Manufacturing (5-6 yrs)

Education Qualifications: Essentials CA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performance of internal audit in all functional areas to assess cost efficiency, appropriateness, compliance & security across the group.
- Analysis and assessment of management control systems and support the business operations by providing assurance on the effectiveness of existing systems and controls, enhancing efficiency, sharing of best practices
- Identification of potential improvement in all business processes thereby providing value to the business as a whole.
- Transformation of audit findings into proposals with recommendation for implementation. Follow up on agreed measures.
Other Skill Sets:
- Fluent in audit / accounting standards and conversant with latest audit techniques (like CAAT etc.)
- Exposure in operational & risk based audit practices. Strong analytical & process audit skills
- Experience in handling audit like O2C, P2P etc. will be more preferred
- Experience in handling multiple subsidiaries & stakeholders required
- High Proficiency in MS excel, word, PowerPoint etc
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
Willingness- to travel is mandatory (minimum of 40 to 50 % travel expected)
