Deputy Manager - Industrial Relations - Manufacturing Firm

Advanced Management Consultancy is hiring Deputy Manager - IR for a renowned largest paperboard manufacturing industry located at Tribeni .

Position: Deputy Manager - IR

Location : Tribeni

Responsibilities:

1. To be accountable for HR/IR-related Statutory Compliance including submission of various returns under applicable labor laws, timely amendment/ renewal of Licenses, submission of various returns under applicable laws, etc.

2. To assist in liaising with all the external agencies like Labour Office, Factory Inspector, PF Office, ESIC, Govt & Local Authorities, etc.

To take care of Contractor Cell (Verification process, payment of wages, Provident fund, Employee State Insurance, Bank Statement, Bonus, etc. related to contractors).

3. To look after the end-to-end cycle of the contract workforce. To take care of grievances and initiate Disciplinary actions (charge sheet, inquiry & counselling of employees)

4. Any other job assigned by the management.

Salary : 15 -25 lac annually

Qualification: Graduate+MBA/MSW

Candidates must have relevant experience of at least 10-15 years of Industrial Relationship Handling.
