Job Description:
- Capability Building: Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular position and analysis of existing level of competencies.
- Play key role in succession planning of critical talents, chalking out Career transition plan for Critical Talent in each department in organisation.
- Participating in employee engagement surveys; analysing engagement survey results and preparation of action plan reports for Business Heads
- Conceptualizing and implementation Reward and Recognition Programme for the Vertical.
- Driving HR Scorecards and Dashboards for the Vertical to measure manpower productivity and ensure optimum staffing across Regions.
- Design and development of HR initiative for multiple local offices.
- Managing performance Appraisal cycle & handling Compensation & benefit issues.
- Should have exposure on process Manual formulation for each division in consultation with each divisional head.
- Should be capable of managing campus hiring through B Schools, delivering pre placement talk, sharing JD, conducting written test and interviews. Also should be a a good orator /speaker for giving introductory talks in B schools.
JD with Mandatory Conditions :
- Should be open for occasional travelling.
- Good academic record with throughout 60% marks, 65 - 70% in 10+2.
- Looking from TOP B-school pass out
- Excellent communication skill & pleasing personality with Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good hands on MS office, should have good command in MS Excel & Power point.
