A leading Retail client of ours is looking for a Deputy Manager HR. The role could be open in Chennai / Bangalore.We are looking for candidates with Retail/ Restaurant/ Telecom industries only, with a full time MBA degree from 2013/2014/2015 only. Candidates must be conversant in local languages(Bangalore/ Chennai). Brief responsibilities include: Sourcing &amp; Recruitment : - Responsible for new hiring, - Identification of sources of recruitment for above mentioned roles incl. NGOs / Training Institutes/ Government bodies, etc. - Partner with Operations on manpower planning Campus Hiring &amp; Induction : 1. Evaluate and partner with graduate campuses for hiring processes 2. Pre-Joining engagement Program city wise measures like guest lectures on campuses, campus connects, etc. 3. Organization of Onboarding, Orientation and Induction Analysis &amp; Action Planning : - Monitor Performance, attendance &amp; development milestones etc. - Lead employee opinion surveys - Responsible for qualitative analysis/ monthly report People Development : - Lead the Performance Management system - Facilitate the succession planning People Engagement Plans : - Drive the engagement calendar - Ensure execution of quarterly communication forums Employee Relations &amp; Compliance : - Have understanding of labor law related statutory requirement of the state, review of the compliance reports - Responsible for Annual review of outsourced vendors - Grievance Handling - Exit Interviews - Specific HR projects : Implement new initiatives (usually national impact level projects: like innovative recognition program, new employer branding programs at campus, etc.), CSR related project We are looking for candidates with Retail/ Restaurant/ Telecom industries only, with a full time MBA degree from 2013/2014/2015 only.
