Deputy Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing Firm (12-15 yrs)
- The candidate should have been working in an organization that has 1000 + employees. Including Permanent Workmen + Contractual the manpower must be around 500+.
- The company's annual turnover should be 500Cr +. Preferably a large organization.
- Should be strong in PAYROL and PLANT IR operations in any reputed manufacturing plant.
- Preferred from Chemical, Metal, Refining, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Automotive companies.
- Must have experience in Plant HR Operations:- Contractual Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations, Union Handling, Statutory & Legal Compliances, Liasioning, Time & Attendance, Payroll, HRMS (Humanware, Zing HR, Darwinbox, Emplify, SuccessFactors, etc. Team Leading experience is a must.
- The candidate must have worked in a unionized environment.
- In & around Navi Mumbai.
