Company - A Top business group of India having large manufacturing unit near Varanasi in UP.

Company will provide accommodation in their own a class township with school & medical facility.

Qualification & Exp. - MBA - HR / MSW (2 yrs full Time only) with 5-10 yrs exp in manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities - talent acquisition for Plants manpower requirements, training & development activities in Plant, PMS, compensation and benefits, succession planning, employee engagement.

- Monitor & manage the implementation of Performance Management System

- Updating the compensation data, compensation matrix & master data of employees in Poornata as well as excel

- Ensuring timely preparation of data for Compensation Review

- Ensuring accuracy of compensation data & manage the Annual Compensation Review process

- Preparation of Annual HRD Budget

- Manpower Planning & Budgeting

- Preparing the Job Descriptions of new / emerged positions in consultation with Functional Heads / HOD's in the prescribed format

- Sending the JD's for evaluation to UJEC / BJEC

- Communicating approved Job Descriptions and Job Bands to the employees

- Conduct monthly meetings of People Focus Sub Committee; circulation of meeting agenda, MoM's and other updates to subcommittee members
