Optimizing the HR processes of the Organization

- Managing of the resources cost project wise

- Managing of the resources team wise

- Managing skill set of the resources

- Coordination with operations and other inter-department heads for the resource management policy improvement

- Observation of company policies

- Managing the recruitment team and logistic team for their high-end coordination's and interventions

- Representing & managing employee grievance redressal

- Review of the HR cost and its analytics to be produced to the management

- Foreseeing the HR skill set required

- Identifying the training needs

- Management of training vertical in the Organization

- Managing competency and talent built forums in the organization

- Managing and coordination of employee disciplines

- Managing the employee attendance - leave tracking - team wise employee wise - profile wise leave management

- Accounts management of end to end recruitment process inclusive of appointment of top positions, appointment negotiations

- Management of all HR statutes and its communication circular to the employees

- Managing employee disputes

- Creating Human Resource development matrix of the Organization - cost - business expansion - organization reach etc.

- Management of all legal disputes of employees of the company

- Management of events and other areas of business interests beneficial for employees

- Managing the employee benefits as in insurance, mediclaim etc.

- Managing the complete employee payroll

- Managing employee exits and termination etc.

- Management of HR functions across all the company's office presence
