Deputy Manager - HR Generalist - SAP HR - Manufacturing (4-7 yrs)
- The incumbent will primarily assist the Functional/Technical Consultant during the complete life cycle of SAP HR project implementation.
- Managing the documentation under guidance of consultant/ Sr.consultant
- Assisting in creation / collection of master and transaction data.
- Will be responsible for support once Project goes Live.
- Support in integration and any other assigned tasks for the project implementation
- Coordinate all maters related to the project implementation.
- Responsible for completion of the project assigned as per set deadlines.

Qualified MBA HR with 4 -7 years of experience in as HR Generalist in a manufacturing company.
- Prior experience in coordination / support for ERP HR project implementation preferably SAP.
- Well versed with Compliances (Shops & establishment/Payment of Wages/Maternity)
- Knowledge of SAP usage is a must.
- Good communication and attitude
- Go-getter and is active in handling tasks independently
- Should be willing to travel
