- Provide strategic HR solutions to the business
- Articulate HR policies based on inputs from managers & employees
- HR Policy implementation
- Guidance to DRs on people issues, interpretation of HR policies
- Ensure preparation and approval of manpower plan through interaction with Finance, function heads and custodian of organization structures including grades and designations.
- Attract and retain talent through innovative employee value proposition and through strategic partnerships.
- Monitor, measure and improve people performance through goal setting and alignment, performance reviews and PIP.
- Represent HR to business and participate in various HR forums to showcase HR.
Salary offered : 7- 9 LPA
