We are looking for a DM - HR (Generalist) for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon

Role : HRBP Role - Support Function

Education : Full time MBA from a reputed B school - mandate

CTC : 10 L - 12.5 L (EXCL VAR)

Exp : 4-6 years in HR (2 years min in HRBP role)

Working Conditions : 2 pm - 11 pm, Cab Yes

PC Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

Other Skills : Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical and Goal orientation, Excellent people management skills and team player.

Role Definition :

The Human Resource Generalist, Deputy Manager provides support in all Human Resource functional areas (Benefits, employee relation, Communication, total rewards), maintains accuracy of the data in HRIS systems and serves as a single point of contact for all employee relation questions. This position is responsible for supports career development of employees at the Account Manager and Group Manager level and works with leaders to identify and develop talent

Principal Responsibilities :

- Work closely with leaders and employees to understand the business complexities, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention

- Partner with leaders and managers to develop direct reports and talent through avenues such as employee assessment programs, career development plan, employee discussions

- Support the Employee life cycle and activities such as New Hire Orientation, Onboarding, Training and Development, Recognition

- Act as a consultant to the leaders / managers on HR initiatives, people processes and policies; Educate and communicate through mediums such as Power Hour sessions

- Resolve complex employee relations problems and address grievances ensuring fair, consistent and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values

- Maintain general HR MIS with 100% accuracy. Analyze data to present meaningful trends to support organization level objectives

- Lead HR initiatives to drive performance management, employee development, talent development, engagement surveys, site level engagement initiatives, adherence to company policies and procedures
