Deputy Manager - HRBP
- HR Business Partners (HRBPs) oversees integrating business objectives with employees and management in specific business units. The job develops cross-HR alliances to provide value-added service to management and workers that represent the organization's business objectives.
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, but it does function as a consultant for other departments' positions.
Core Requirements :
- Full-time MBA/ PGDM from a reputed school
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as HRBP, resolving complex employee relations issues and all the employee life cycle and working with all the support functions.
- People management, managing multiple stakeholders, attrition, intervention, managing all levels of employees.
