Deputy Manager - HR Business Partner - BPO

We are hiring for Deputy Manager - BPHR with a leading BPO for Mumbai Location .

Job Description

- Should have experience in BPHR, Data Analysis, HR analytics

- Accountable for managing the BU Compensation and Benefits for a few business lines.

- Accountable to manage the performance management cycle end to end including rating, increment, bonus calibration and collation.

- Analysis of the staff cost spends, market research of best practices, optimizing the compensation structure, identify opportunity areas to create efficiency etc

- Project management of strategic HR initiatives
