Job description - Knowledge on GST Acts, Rules and forms - Preferable with working on SAP environment - Periodical reconciliation of Input Tax Credit books vs GSTR-2A in portal. Follow-up for open items of vendors failing to file return and also analyzing of open items in GSTR-2A. Ensuring of no loss of input tax credit - Review and reconciliation of various GST GL with return and portal. - Mapping of RCM liability, import of service and also GST on other income etc. - Keep updating on changes in GST laws - Processing and filing of various GST returns - Analysis of ISD credit, distribution and filing of returns - Scrutiny of GL, analysis of various accounts and impact of GST - Planning and Maximising of GST Refund - Ensuring maintenance of various records, invoices, documents with reference to GST laws and passing of entries in books of accounts. - Co-ordinating with IT dept. on changes and automation of various process in relation with GST. Updating of SOPs. - Advising and guiding on GST front to internal stake holders - Co-ordinating with statutory audit, tax audit, cost audit on GST and various GST schedules - Handling of department GST Audit and ensuring smooth completion without any major observations - Preparation of various reports and MIS on a periodical basis. - Co-ordinating on HSN / SAC with various stake holders. Required Candidate profile - Qualifed CMA or Inter CA/CMA or MBA Finance with 4-5 years of experience in GST of a large manufacturing company - Should be currently working for a listed Indian mfg with Multi locations - In depth Knowledge of GST laws and regulations - Should be exclusively working in GST currently and handling Pan India GST work of the company. - Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills. - Working Knowledge in SAP system mandatory - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Ability to work closely with internal & external stakeholders - Curious, current on market and regulatory developments - Excellent communication skill - Well organized, highly system and process-oriented approach - Deep desire to excel and implement best in class practices - Female candidates are encouraged to apply - Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad preferred - Natives of TS or AP will be considered.
