Deputy Manager - Growth Strategy & Operations (2-6 yrs)

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- PGDM/MBA - from premier B school only

OR

- B Tech/BE - Premier background

- Minimum 2 years experience in Strategy

- Professional and confident to work on projects directly with Top management

- Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ( very high proficiency in Excel preferred)

- Self-starter who likes taking on new challenges

- Should have very good communication and persuasion skills

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 7 LPA "may" not be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of Hyderabad.

Brief background :

We are looking for driven, action-oriented individuals to join the Company's growth strategy and Operations team. This team will be a part of the CEO's office and works closely with management on business and strategic initiatives.

As part of this team, one will get an opportunity to work across functions to help launch the brand in new cities and provide strategic support as operations mature. There would be occasional market visits also involved for gauging the responses.

Key responsibilities (Indicative only) :

I. Launch strategy planning :

a. Manage the rollout of brand and products in new, semi-structured markets

b. Act as a point of contact between the CEO/top management and on-ground teams and external stakeholders for new city launches

c. Develop and execute strategic internal projects driving operational improvement, growth, and other internal goals

d. Manage and coordinate change management initiatives with a result-oriented approach

II. Reporting and Analytics :

a. Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CEO office - Tracking and reporting progress on launch with a CEO dashboard

i. Regularly coordinate with key stakeholders to derive business metrics and proactively drive reporting of business performance to management

ii. Conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals;

iii. Derive business insight from cross-functional data and use this to guide strategy

b. Act as a voice for on-ground teams - understand their requirements and recommend processes/strategies to management which would make their teams run effectively and efficiently

c. Identify and escalate important process deviations on-ground that are not in line with company strategy

d. Assisting Business Leaders / Top Management with key analysis of critical business parameters from time to time, as well as on adhoc basis (based on requirement)

III. On-ground business problem resolutions :

a. Chair and organize cross-functional daily war rooms

b. Propose and support in implementation of actionable steps created during daily war rooms

c. Continuous communication with the stakeholders of each region to meet desired targets on launch

d. Interact with stakeholders across the Company and work with them to implement process improvements identified
