- Overseeing and managing fund accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements

- Leading and mentoring a team of fund accountants, providing guidance and support for their professional development

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of audits and regulatory reporting

- Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Contributing to strategic initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects as required

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in fund accounting within the financial services industry

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams

- In-depth knowledge of fund accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA would be a plus
