Deputy Manager - Finance Controlling

We have an opportunity for Deputy Manager Finance Controlling with one of the consulting firm with global presence.

Location : Pune

Looking for CA with 7-9 years of experience in accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Accounting and finalization

- Preparation and / or review of accounts up to finalization, Inter-company accounting and reconciliation (Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.)

- Preparation and Review of Tax Audit Report and related Exhibits

- Ensuring the statutory compliance with regard to income tax, service tax, VAT, excise

- Monthly P & L and MIS preparation / review

- Co-coordinating with internal teams

- Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting

- Identifying the issues

- Handling complex clients

Team leading :

- Leading a team of 12-15 people, daily planning of deliverables, monitoring

- Resource and work planning and scheduling

- Monitoring - ensure timely and quality output

- Handling exceptions, client escalations

- Staffing
