Job Description :
- Responsible for assisting/managing the consolidated financial reporting
- Preparation of Quarterly results/Segment workings/ Annual disclosures of Company Ind AS consolidated financial statements and certain disclosures under IFRS for UK and US reporting
- Preparation of Monthly and quarterly financials and analysis pack for Management
- Liaising with unit finance teams for timely reporting and resolving their queries/issues
- Liaison with statutory auditors for various statutory certificates
- Keeping close track of overall regulatory developments and complying with them such as RBI Return, SEBI Compliances, MCA notifications etc.
- Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process and prepare accounting papers on key matters
- Facilitation of data for central treasury/secretarial compliance/tax compliance/investor relations etc.
- Drive automation in the Reporting process and simplification of Reporting through Hyperion
- Responsible for research and documentation of emerging disclosure issues and communication across business units to ensure readiness for new requirements
- Coordinate with internal audit and external auditors to ensure appropriate and timely testing of relevant controls and sign off on financial statements
- Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
- Participate in other project work, results related, investor relations related, bechmarking related as and when need arises
- Joint reviewer for corporate payments
- Single point of contact for all the Hyperion related issues/developments.
Knowledge and skills :
- Experience in preparation of financial statements under Ind AS/IFRS
- Ability to interpret accounting standards
- Knowledge of Hyperion Finance Module (HFM) will be preferred. SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organisation and in a wide range of countries around the world. Interactions include senior management and Group CFO.

Qualification and experience :
- CA
- ACCA would be an added advantage
