Reporting to : Finance Head Location : Kochi Desired Qualification : CWA/CMA/ CA Experience : 5 yrs to12 yrs - Years of work experience using SAP FICO Module? Minimum 3 Years - Years of experience in a manager role? Minimum 5 years - Preferably from Manufacturing Industry. Job Description : - Lead and ensure the Month-end closing and reporting processes are completed on time. - Review and analyze all the movement in the financial statements (P&L, B/S) and schedules. - Responsible for both statutory and group reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, yearly). - Ensure the reports are submitted with high accuracy and in a timely manner. - Monitor Slow/Non-Moving inventories, provision and review with the Business team. - Lead efficient management of working capital and cash flow. - Playing role in improving operational efficiencies through operational and process analysis. - Must have experience in SAP FICO module. - Timely and accurate accounting. - Coach and develop team members in both technical and soft skills. - Good communication skills.
