Well known Manufacturing industry is hiring CA with 3 Yrs of experience in Finance.

Location - Khadki, Pune

Exp - 3 Yrs only in Fin

Software - Oracle (can train)

WFO

5 days a week

The broad objectives of this position are :

- Planning & preparation of Management reporting

- Coordination with various sections

- Analysis of Management report incl Profit & Loss ac, Working Capital, Balance Sheet etc

- Variance analysis

- Preparing key takeaways

- Control over all major movements in financials

- Reporting of financials to various stakeholders (Business partners, peers etc)

- Ownership of accuracy of reported nos

- Working in management reporting team to enable timely accurate report

- Analyzing & reporting financials including P & L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital on a monthly/quarterly/Annual basis.

- Participate in preparation of Annual operating plan (AOP) for the businesses and company

- Conduct PL analysis and ensure timely reporting of variance

- Multi dimenstional PL and BS analysis - Business Segment, Consol MIS etc.

- Ensure analysis of all major expenses including in depth details

- Ensure proper revenue recognition, accounting as per IND AS.

- GL Scrutiny and Review of various expenses GL and control over schedules of the same-

- Extend support in timely preparation of presentation for monthly review meetings, quarterly Board meeting and investors meetings.

- Monthly/quarterly reporting, data and trend analysis etc.

- Conduct benchmarking study / trend and peer analysis.
