SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Chartered Accountant

- Experience: 5-6 years before CA Degree.

- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

- Work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

- Understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping experience with budgeting and risk management

- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models in accounting software analytical and decision-making skills

- Leadership abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong Tally customisation knowledge

- Excellent knowledge about Compliance (Tax, TDS, GST, Returns and reconciliation, Excel)

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results.

- Conduct risk management.

- Evaluate and decide on investments.

- Supervise a team of Accountants.

- Allocate resources and manage cash flows.

- Conduct profit and cost analyses.

- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.

- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.

- Consult board members about funding options

- Recommend cost-reducing solutions.
