Deputy Manager - Finance - BFS/Manufacturing - CA

Deputy Manager - Finance (Support US entity based out of Mumbai )

- Support monthly closing related activities within prescribed timelines

- Trend analysis to identify the unusual transactions, analyse them and share insights

- Prepare and present KPIs, metrics and dashboards

- Support in preparation of Budget and Forecasts.

- Support in conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, etc and delivering actionable recommendations based on the analysis to be presented to senior management.

- Drive improvements to current financial reporting process and suggest new automation opportunities in the existing processes.

- Perform Balance sheet review and Ledger scrutiny, share key observations to US finance controller and support in resolution of issues.

- Support Internal Audit and Statutory Audit including coordinating with auditors and resolving their queries

Competencies :

- Good analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel Formula, Pivot tables, Slicers, handling large data sets, etc

- Good knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS and SAP

- Excellent communication skills

- Proactively seeks responsibility

- Problem solving attitude

- Team player with good interpersonal skills

Qualification : Experienced CA with 2-3 year experience
