Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - CS (8-13 yrs)

- Maintaining Book of Accounts of company in accordance with Indian GAAP.

- Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements of the Company's in accordance with Indian GAAP & IND AS.

- Preparation of Cash Flow Plan in accordance with direct & indirect method on monthly basis to assess the company cash position & accordingly managing the loans requirement, Outflows etc.

- Preparation of MIS for reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis with respective deadlines to Parent Company.

- Closing activities like applying cut of procedures for sales & purchases, prepaid expenses treatments, making of provisions, reconciling the balances of various ledger accounts, banks etc. so as to reach an agreement with the book balances for control purposes.

- Assisting in preparing the Budget of the company with the coordination with each department & presenting

- Budget vs Actual on monthly basis to the management.

- Filing of GST returns (GSTR3B & GSTR 1) on monthly basis & maintaining required documents/information in accordance with GST Act along with GSTR 2A reconciliation.

- Adherences to GST law while taking GST Input on domestic & Imports transactions, GST Payable under

- RCM e,g Sea Freight, Lawyers Services etc., Ineligible input treatment in books, reversal of input if payment not made 180 days, payment of GST on employees charges deducted for canteen etc.

- Computation of Expats income taxes on monthly basis & filing of ITRs of expat.

- Computation & payment of taxes, reconciliation, preparation of returns relating to TDS returns.

- Dealing with Auditors for timely completion of Quarterly Review, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & GST Audit of the company & timely providing of requisite information/documents.

- Liaising work with Govt Depts. e.g GST Department, Income Tax Department, RIICO
