Responsibilities: - Responsible for the Indian and Overseas Companies accounting process. - Preparation and of Financial Statements of the Company under Indian GAAP, US GAAP and UK GAAP reporting standards. - Consolidation of Financial Statements of the Company under IFRS - Monitoring end to end Accounting operations - Supervising Monthly book closing activities - Preparing financial management reports - including financial planning and forecasting - Coordination with the bankers - Responsible for monthly processing of the payroll - Supervision and coordination of Statutory Audit, tax audit and transfer pricing with the auditing Firm - Ensuring compliance with Company law and all other Statutory requirements - Responsible for the deposit of GST and withholding tax with Tax authorities The following attributes is desirable of the prospective candidate: - The ideal candidate should have 2+years of [post qualification] experience in handling financial accounting and finalization of financial statements as per provisions of Indian GAAP, US GAAP and UK GAAP. - Candidates with additional knowledge of overseas accounting and tax regulations will be preferred.
