- To manage Enterprise Business as Team Lead for assigned Zone/Territory/Function
ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities:
Revenue Management:
- Achieve budgeted billed Revenue target
- Manage and Protect Revenue within specified set of account/territory
New Business Management New Accounts Penetration:
- Total Customer Life cycle Management
- Manage Net Adds / Churn
- Positioning of VF products and services into all set of accounts
Process Management :
- Sales Force Automation tool management
- Forecasting Management
- Rewards & Recognition Management
- Account Engagements: Establishes / Builds relationship with Key individuals in corporate that allow for continuity and ongoing representation.
- Team Management: Responsible to manage On roll as well as Off role team
