JOB PURPOSE
This role will drive the digital marketing agenda as well as roadmap for India. This role will establish company's leadership in the digital world.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA from premium institute (Diversity Candidates Only)
- Digital marketing experience
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Atleast 5 years of overall experience
SKILLS
- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Ability to think differently to derive competitive advantage
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Contribute in defining a strategic direction to realize the digital ambitions of brand.
- The role will ensure that India has digital capabilities to execute best in class digital campaigns.
- Develop Owned media website.
- Focus on user experience, digital journey for visitors.
- Build capabilities for website and mobile development on owned media like India website and any other apps/microsite.
- Experience in working with Website CMS.
- Support product launches and website updates.
- Support new sections required to engage consumers for multiple campaigns.
- Execute digital marketing programs.
