Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing (8-15 yrs)

PURPOSE: To handle brand's digital marketing roadmap. Role involves managing performance marketing for the brand, website upkeep, CRM campaigns, paid media strategy & e-com partner marketing.

DIMENSIONS

FINANCIAL

- Responsible for driving website revenue.

- Managing profitability of paid campaigns - via adhering to set CPA & ROAS. (Cost per acquisition & Return on Ad Spends).

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

- Lead the digital marketing efforts for amant India - formulate & lead digital communication with a specific focus on performance & growth campaigns.

Y-o-Y growth:

Revenue

- Study target audiences to glean insights, understand trends, and identify opportunities Develop strategies and tactics to establish amant as a leading brand for lingerie and intimate wear to the digital audience

- Audience Wise Performance

M-o-M (month on month)

- Conversion No's

Performance Front:

- Handle the brand ecommerce website - responsible for generating sales & revenue and delivering on sales & conversion KPIs.

- Via formulation & execution of monthly media plans including FB/ Insta/ Google / Email/ Affiliates/ OTT etc

- Conversions (No. of orders)

- ROAS

- CPA (Cost per acquisition)

Website Front:

- Liaise with the digital agency to handle on-going SEO efforts & Website tech related deliverables.

- Drive site improvements and new features to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, designers, marketers, and other merchandisers. - No. of Organic Sessions

- Other key UI/ UX metrics:

- Page Speed

- PDP features

- Notifications/ alerts

CRM Front:

- Liaise with CRM agency to formulate & execute monthly campaigns and analytics

- Targeted Reach & Impression no's for FB campaigns

- Ensure Email & SMS calendar is dually followed.

E-com Partner Marketing:

- AMS - Supervise & execute monthly AMS plans for amazon & sale days participation.

- Other e-com partners

- Targeted Revenue

- Ensure successful execution of planned visibility.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's/ MBA Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field of study.

Professional Experience:

- 6+ years of experience, in online marketing / digital marketing.

- Experience in making data-driven decisions, developing customer insights from data and create communication strategies incorporating them. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segmentation recommendations.

- Should be extremely comfortable to work with AdWords, FB ads, SEO , GA.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, dynamically prioritize work and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
