Description of the Role :
- Identify and implement growth hacking techniques and new innovations that can be used to drive revenue, improve efficiency or create a unique customer experience
- Drive various projects and be the Project Management POC for all the e-commerce / digital assets related requirements of various stakeholders
- Co-ordination, Management & Proactive follow-ups with Online Business, Tech team, Marketing & other diverse hierarchical, procedural stakeholders to complete the tasks at hand with in the required time and ensuring the highest quality
- Be responsible for the web product quality and ensure necessary compliance / legal & stake holder approvals are in place
- Following the necessary process, maintaining the records / files / data of critical information and providing the same for audit and other purposes
- Monitor the performance of the e-commerce portal on a daily basis, suggest / implement necessary performance enhancements post discussing with the stake holders
- Integration of various internal and partner systems with the e-commerce portal and suggesting / implementing new and innovative ways for the same in order to achieve the business objectives
- Managing multiple Vendors for various projects
- Applying best digital practices using various tools like Google Analytics, ComScore, Lead Tracking Systems and continuously help in evolving the portals
- Monitor trends and innovations in eCommerce and evaluate implementation within our processes
- Working on various weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual analytics and business reports

Education & Experience :
Graduation : BSC IT / Comp Sc / Engg in Comp/Electronics (Preferably)
Post Graduation : MBA Marketing will be a plus
Experience :
2 Year - 4 Years (Relevant experience in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce/Development of Marketing tech/eCommerce products)
Experience in the following will be an added advantage :
- Experience in SaaS Marketing Automation platform like Adobe, Responses
- Integration of eCommerce platform with payment gateway, social platforms like Facebook, google, twitter
- Experience in web and mobile app development platforms/languages like Jscript, HTML, CSS, Telerik, Python,XML"
- The person must be keen to work on the e-commerce platform and will have to contribute in the entire cycle - Plan, Create, Measure, Analyze, Implement the learning.
Should be a go getter with a basic know-how of eCommerce, social and mobile platforms like Android, Chrome, Windows, iOS, Facebook & twitter etc, self servicing platforms, response management etc and should be aware of latest digital trends in the same and strong understanding of the technology and trends that support it. Project management skills will play a key part.
- The person will also have to lead various digital marketing & eCommerce projects.
