Job Description
Investor Grievance Cell / Arbitration
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Register investor complaints after validation.
2 .Analyse the complaint & take up issues with Trading Member / Company.
3. Hold meetings between parties.
4. Arrive at resolution of issues.
5. To accept arbitration applications and registering them.
6. To seek responses from parties and place it to arbitration panel.
7. To train the IGRP members/arbitrators.
8. To co-ordinate with SEBI/other regulatory authorities.
9. To co-ordinate with the respective RO/HO in case of any escalation.
Desired Candidate
- Full time 2 yrs of MBA
- Min 4 yrs of exp
- Should have handled customer complaints, grievances
- Preferably from Banks or any financial institution
- Candidate must be currently in Kochi
- Excellent communication
