Job Role- The content specialist will have the expertise to translate the organization's mission, vision and values, into well crafted communication across various platforms. Understanding of messaging, nuances of the platforms being used and customization of content as per the audience is imperative. The individual will spearhead the internal communications and External communication. Principal Accountability- 1 Internal communications - Internal magazine, mailers and internal communications campaigns- 2 External communications - Press release, award citations and articles - Internal communication (newsletter and other internal communication tools). - External communication (drafting of media communication; also coordinating with PR agency). - Corporate brand building &amp; other branding support. - Brand custodian. - Public Relations. - Coordinating with the advertising agency for the production of collaterals like brochures, leaflets. - Posters, standees and other creative. - Campaign Planning. - Coordinating with internal customers for release of advertisements. - Communication support for internal events. - Website &amp; Intranet ownership and management. - Corporate Presentation support. - Financial communication support like Annual Report, financial print advertisements and so on crisis Communication. Eligible Candidates should must have- - Minimum Education - Masters - 5-10 years experience in a similar role. - Excellent writing/drafting skills. - Understanding of finance, economics and business management concepts. - Ability to work with cross-functional and business teams.
